PrognoAI, PrognoCIS's new AI-based suite, includes:

AI-Powered Scribe
- PrognoAI Scribe Support on PrognoCIS Mobile App (iOS and Android) — Providers, medical assistants (MAs), or nurses can capture patient-provider conversations more effectively via mobile devices and generate AI transcriptions and structured scribe summaries within patient charts, which sync immediately with desktops/laptops. Mobile scribe support significantly enhances flexibility and documentation accuracy in busy clinical environments. AI also intelligently segments conversations into clinical sections such as HPI, physical exam, assessment, plan, and more. Users can access PrognoAI Scribe directly with the PrognoCIS EHR mobile application, available for iPads, iPhones, Android tablets, and Android phones.
- Multi-Language Scribe Support and Real-Time Translation — With PrognoAI Scribe, clinicians can bridge language barriers by conducting visits in non-English languages. With support for multilingual conversations, PrognoAI captures and translates conversations into English in real time while generating a structured clinical summary. This enables clinicians to support diverse patient populations and improve patient engagement and understanding. Currently, PrognoAI supports 54 languages.
- Scribe Access for Medical Assistants and Nurses — Medical assistants (MAs) and registered nurses (RNs) can now also use PrognoAI Scribe, enabling attending providers to delegate tasks and ensure workflow efficiency. Any authorized clinical staff member can initiate and manage scribe recordings on behalf of providers, and PrognoAI Scribe accurately tracks all usage and credit consumption.
- Expanded Clinical Sections — Expanding its clinical intelligence, PrognoAI now extracts a broader range of data elements from conversations. In addition to existing sections such as HPI, ROS, Vitals, Physical Exam, Assessment, and Plan, PrognoAI also captures and structures Allergies, Past Medical History, Social History, Family History, and Current Medications. PrognoAI automatically organizes and populates these elements into a patient’s Face Sheet — a quick summary of the patient’s history, while reducing manual data entry and ensuring chart completeness over time.
- AI Scribe for Zoom Telemedicine Visits — PrognoAI now extends to Zoom-based telemedicine, ensuring a consistent patient and documentation experience across in-person and virtual care. With Zoom-based visits integrated directly with PrognoCIS, clinicians can capture patient conversations, generate structured clinical summaries, and document visits with the same accuracy and efficiency as in-person encounters.
AI Chat Assistant
PrognoCIS’s new AI Chat Assistant fully integrates into the EHR and Billing screens. For on-demand guidance, staff can query it with clinical or coding questions as well as for assistance with day-to-day practice needs, gaining instant, reliable support.
AI Health Summary
With just a click, providers can access comprehensive summaries of a patient’s relevant past visits, diagnoses, and treatments, eliminating the need for endless chart reviews. Having quick access to the right insights at the right moment enables faster, more accurate decision-making and frees providers to focus on their highest priority: delivering top-quality care.
