With over 30 years of experience in healthcare IT consulting and leadership, Wendy has a proven track record of transforming organizations through visionary thinking, operational excellence, and a people-first mindset. Her expertise spans executive leadership, M&A integration, talent strategy, risk management, and culture transformation. Whether guiding strategic growth, navigating change, or mentoring the next generation of leaders, she has led with integrity, empathy, and a relentless focus on outcomes.

Highlights from her career include being a founding member of Vitalize Consulting Solutions, a successful healthcare IT consultancy, where she served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Recruiting for over a decade. She was also an Executive Healthcare Recruiting Manager at Computer Sciences Corporation, as well as the Director of Human Resources and Recruiting at CTG Healthcare Solutions. Additionally, she has also participated as a Board Member for both the Grinnell Regional Hospital and Unity Point Hospital Systems. Prior to these experiences, she received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, with a concentration in Human Relations and Psychology, and a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration.
