Sales Development Representative Position Description

ChartSpan’s Sales Development Representative is responsible for qualifying leads in the initial stages of the sales funnel.  They will be responsible for prospecting for leads, creating and launching email campaigns through email marketing tools, contacting leads, qualifying them as prospects, educating prospects about our services, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. This role is the first touch point for prospects and sets the tone for the sales cycle.  Performance is heavily determined based on quota achievement and compensation scales accordingly.
