Senior Product Manager
SONIFI Health develops interactive technology that improves patient experience, health outcomes and hospital productivity. 

As Senior Product Manager for SONIFI Health, you will be responsible for full ‘cradle to grave’ product life cycle management of your portfolio. This requires a creative thinker and problem solver with a proven ability to develop product strategies and translate them into successful executions. You will work closely with internal and external partners to develop the product roadmap and feature requirements, drive releases, support market launches, and continuously optimize each product throughout its life.

What you’ll do:
  • Gain a deep understanding of our customers’ experience, actively seeking opportunities to understand how more value can be delivered using our solutions.
  • Identify and fill product gaps, generating new ideas to grow market share, improve customer outcomes and drive growth.
  • Translate product strategy into user stories that result in clear requirements and development tasks.
  • Own and prioritize your product backlog, basing decisions on data and impact.
  • Work closely with engineering, expediting time to market and team efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and customer success, serving as the central hub and subject matter expert for your product portfolio. 
  • 5+ years of experience in product management for an enterprise software and technology services company required.
  • Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong team skills, capable of working cross functionally to get the best results for the company and our clients.
  • A skilled communicator with the ability to converse fluently with technical teams and business stakeholders, and a passion for evangelizing your product.
  • Problem solving aptitude; strong critical thinking skills and creativity.
  • Self-motivated individual comfortable with changing priorities, failing fast and implementing learnings from those experiences.
  • Willingness to travel on occasion to collaborate with customers and partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
