Littleton, MA - The Product Manager manages the day to day activities to support the global systems integration portfolio including enterprise content management, systems integration, recording/documentation, OR integration, and collaboration platforms.
Job Duties:
- Lead definition, development, and commercialization of new features and/or line extensions that solve critical business and clinical problems for Image Stream Medical customers.
- Work closely with regional markets globally and senior product managers.
- Create product specifications, globally relevant messaging, competitive positioning, and other sales tools required for a successful product launch.
- Lead voice of the customer field work with clinical teams in all phases of product conception and development.
- Develop unique value proposition of assigned features or products. Ensure the field understands and can effectively leverage for competitive advantage.
- Serve as technical and product expert for sales, support, and customer activities for assigned products.
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. In particular - clinical stakeholders (physicians, nurses, administration, IT) to drive product innovation and understand key workflows.
- Develop product/market requirements and user stories for all aspects of the product including warranty, service, and support.
- Provide input to product roadmap and maintains product backlogs.
- Monitor clinical, business, competitive, and technology trends to fuel innovation pipeline, inform product decisions and maintain subject matter expertise.
- Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Contribute to and review technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Lead Engineering Change Order (ECO) process for assigned features and/or product(s).
- Manages beta, pilot, customer advisory, and user community programs.
- Perform all other essential duties as required.
