Ozarks Healthcare (West Plains, MO) showcased its successful efforts to improve the physician user experience in two KLAS Arch Collaborative case studies this fall. Ozarks’ participation in the case studies comes on the heels of receiving two KLAS Arch Collaborative EHR Experience Breakthrough awards for physician and nurse EHR satisfaction improvements — one of just 14 organizations to earn the distinction in both categories.
