Technical Support Specialist

RCxRules develops and delivers solutions which leverage rule-writing and automation to improve healthcare information quality. We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to handle frontline interaction with our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Investigating, documenting, and resolving customer-reported issues
  • Understanding and articulating the impact of software functionality options
  • Developing customer-specific rules using RCxRules software
  • Conducting product testing
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of IT support experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Experience writing and troubleshooting SQL statements
  • Experience managing healthcare interfaces using HL7
  • Experience with RCM and/or EHR systems
  • Knowledge of the medical claims billing process
