Responsibilities:
- Influencing product design
- Leading testing activities
- Managing and improving employee performance
- Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our QA
- Serving as an escalation point for field issues
- 5-7 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in healthcare
- Experience managing or leading a QA team
- Experience with software project management, test automation, and web application security testing/OWASP
