Nurses are facing more challenges on the job than ever before. They’re facing increased and new stressors brought on by the pandemic. More than ever before, they need a workplace that works for them. Ascom surveyed more than 500 nurses to find out the top challenges they identify in the workplace today and what can be done to help them.
