The Sales Solutions Architect will translate our technical vision into impactful sales strategies that produce high value customers and position Sansoro Health as the market leader.
The role will report to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Product and other Sansoro personnel.
The Sales Solutions Architect will be embedded within the sales team and serve as the technical expert for formulating and leading technical demos and support activities to prospective clients, including:
  • Building rapport and lead the technical fit qualification of opportunities.
  • Driving technical requirements gathering and documentation, including creation of architectural diagrams and data flows specific to individual deal configurations.
  • Establishing the vision for why Sansoro Health vs. other technological solutions with appropriate key influencers and decision makers.
  • Assisting in proposal development.
  • Coordinating pre-sales development resources as needed.
  • Delivering presentations at various levels up to and including the C level.
  • Demonstrating understanding of the Sansoro suite of products.

  • You can bridge conversations between business and technical resources, providing the right level of detail for each audience.
  • You are completely comfortable working with customers and public speaking.
  • You can persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication.
  • You have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding growth goals.
  • You are excited to bring best practices and new ideas to a start-up.
  • 5+ years of successful sales solutions architecture experience in the healthcare market with a focus on technology.
  • Experience representing enterprise software solutions, especially products targeted at technologists and product leaders (CTOs, CIOs, VPs of Product, Application VPs and Directors, Infrastructure VPs and Directors).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Health care IT experience.
  • Proficient with CRM tools, diagramming tools, and the Microsoft Office product suite.
