GetWellNetwork Recognized for Sixth Consecutive Year on Inc. 5000 List

With mission-driven dedication to improving the lives of patients and families, precision engagement health care company is one of top 5,000 most successful private companies in U.S.

BETHESDA, Md. – August 22, 2017 – Inc. magazine has ranked GetWellNetwork[sup]®[/sup], Inc., the leader in Interactive Patient Care™ (IPC) solutions, No. 3470 on the 36[sup]th[/sup] annual Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. As a sixth-time honoree, the company is part of an elite group of companies on the “Honor Roll” with fewer than a tenth of Inc. 5000 honorees — an already select group – ever achieving this milestone.

"We’re grateful to make the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing companies six years running. We'll keep working to impact the lives of patients and families, and empowering clinicians to do their best work,” said the firm's CEO and founder, Michael O’Neil, a cancer survivor whose challenging health care experience inspired him to start a company focused on ensuring that the patient’s voice is always heard. “Today, nearly five million patients annually are impacted by our platform. Sustained growth, both in the U.S. and globally, is a direct result of our commitment to innovation and a relentless focus on the patient experience. Alongside leading healthcare providers, we are delivering dynamic tools that meet patients where they are during life-defining health care moments.”

In January, the company completed its third acquisition in 30 months when it acquired Seamless Medical Systems. With Seamless, GetWellNetwork extended its fully integrated cross-continuum solution set into individual clinics and doctors’ offices. The next round of innovation will come later this fall when GetWellNetwork unveils an offering that will help health care organizations streamline patient engagement platforms and solutions while delivering a unified digital patient experience.

The Inc. 5000 event honoring all the companies on the list will be held from October 10 through 12, at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa in Palm Desert, California. Featured keynote speakers include Alan Mulally, Daymond John, Brené Brown, and Dollar Shave Club's Michael Dubin.
