Jeremy Rogers, director of eHealth, Indiana University Health, is an accomplished digital leader with broad cross-channel expertise. He has led e-commerce and web product development teams, delivering exceptional results and channel growth as both a commercial stakeholder and technologist for more than 17 years. He joined Indiana University Health in late 2015 as Director of eHealth, responsible for digital user experience.

Darren Olsen, director of consumer innovation, UPMC Health Plan, oversees the health plan’s portfolio of digital solutions that support core business processes, such as the member portal, mobile app and the Wellness Engagement Center. Under Olsen’s leadership, the Consumer Innovation Department has grown significantly, representing expertise in human-centered design, visual design, product and service design.

Michelle McCleerey, PhD, MA, MEd, MBA, RN, vice president of product development, PerfectServe, provides strategic guidance on the evolving healthcare landscape to inform the development of solutions used by providers. She brings more than a decade of experience augmented by first-hand insights on clinician workflow at hospitals creating innovative and user-centered technologies.
