Recondo Adds Two Senior Executives to Support Continued Growth
Dan Grote joins Recondo Technology as CFO, Tom Cooke as Vice President of Channel Sales
Greenwood Village, CO--April 11, 2017 — Recondo Technology, the market leader in cloud-based single-platform revenue cycle management solutions, is excited to announce an expansion of its senior leadership team with the additions of a new Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Channel Sales. Experienced finance and operations executive Dan Grote has joined the firm as Chief Financial Officer, while seasoned industry veteran Tom Cooke will lead the company’s indirect sales expansion.  Both executives will play vital roles in driving Recondo’s 2017 growth and operational initiatives.
Dan Grote
Grote will leverage his more than 25 years of software and technology finance experience to oversee all finance functions of Recondo’s business, including accounting, capital structure, and tax and treasury reporting. Most recently, Grote was CFO of Denver-based ReadyTalk, a leading provider of cloud communications services that was acquired in January by PGi, the world’s largest dedicated provider of collaboration software and services. He will report directly to CEO Jay Deady.
"Dan is a true leader first, as well as a great finance executive. I’m thrilled to welcome him to Recondo Technology,” said Deady. “His experience growing revenues, increasing operating income, and helping to build great workplace cultures in his prior roles will be a significant asset to Recondo, as we help our clients and the industry transition to new models of reimbursement and care delivery that demand flawless financial management and creative shared risk contracts."
Prior to ReadyTalk Grote held various leadership positions, including CFO of software provider netFactor, and senior finance roles at Market Force Information and Verio. He has helped build companies from start-up to hundreds of millions in revenue, through both acquisition and organic growth. Grote has strong financial planning and analysis experience, as well as a strong strategic planning background. His experience supporting effective workplace cultures culminated in ReadyTalk receiving several “Best Place to Work” awards from Inc., Outside magazine, and Colorado Biz magazine.
Tom Cooke
Cooke brings over 30 years of industry experience to his new role at Recondo.  He most recently was a senior consulting leader at the Advisory Board Company, after having spent over five years with Aetna’s Accountable Care Solution division.  Previously Cooke had an impressive track record of business development and enterprise sales achievement at Eclipsys/Allscripts and Cerner Corporation.
“Tom brings to Recondo years of valuable experience from both a payer and provider client executive perspective. Leveraging our recently announced API service layer and industry-leading solutions in the areas of Pricing Transparency, Authorization Denial Prevention, and Claims Status, Tom will help further expand the growing list of HIT companies that rely on Recondo’s accelerated, accurate, and actionable revenue cycle content,” Deady said.
Cook will report to Jamie Oakes, Chief Growth Officer.
