Revenue Cycle Consultants

Culbert is looking to add additional Consultants to our growing Revenue Cycle and Management teams.  Our preference is to hire consultants on a full-time basis with a diverse background. 
 
Knowledge of clinical workflow is a must. We are seeking pro-active, independent workers with strong communication skills and strong work ethic who are also effective in a team environment.
 
Skills/Certification:
  • 10+ Years of all areas within the revenue cycle including billing, collections, denials, and follow-up within physician and/or hospital billing.
  • In-depth knowledge of GE Centricity Business and/or Epic.
  • Knowledge of third party billing and collections
  • Knowledge of patient workflow
 
Job Description:
Provide clients with healthcare consulting services by assessing the client’s business needs, implementing solutions, and supporting client staff and CHS colleagues in this process.
  • Provide consulting services to clients at a minimum of 80% utilization.
  • Ensure client engagement expectations and deliverable deadlines are met by demonstrating a strong work ethic and following through on commitments.
  • Work with management to ensure client satisfaction and to facilitate meeting the project goals and objectives.
  • Achieve client services operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Communicate with CHS project management (and client project manager if no CHS project management is onsite) to meet budget and target dates.
  • Prepare and complete action plans, determine system improvements, resolve problems and implement necessary changes.
  • Prepare and submit written weekly summaries to the client and Culbert Healthcare Solutions management and additionally as defined in the project scope.
  • Assist senior management with identification of staffing needs of existing engagements.
  • Complete and submit Time and Expense Reporting accurately and according to CHS schedule.
  • Travel up to 100% to client site as needed.
  • Other duties as necessary or assigned.
