SECTRA- System Administrator, Raleigh, NC Area
In this position, you will:
  • Provide Sectra expertise as the customer becomes familiar with the product

  • Maintain and monitor the health of the PACS and report status to the customer daily

  • Participate in meetings and activities as pertaining to the sales, support and implementation of Sectra solutions

  • Initiate, update and close Service Tickets on behalf of customer(s) with system related problems and requests

  • Collaboratively analyze and troubleshoot customer problems

  • Be responsible for on-going status reporting to Support Management for both technical and customer issues

  • Take a self-directed leadership role, in close collaboration with their manager, in the repair and resolution of technical issues while working at customer sites

For this position, the following requirements apply:
  • At least three years of university education in Engineering science or IT with strong academic standing

  • Fluency in English both written and spoken

  • Excellent customer interaction and communication skills

  • Experience with Windows, MS SQL Server, DICOM and HL7

  • Experience with Vmware and VCE

  • Experience with computer networking
