Sr. Director of Program Management Office

Job Duties:
Reporting directly to the President and COO, the Senior Director of the Program Management Office (PMO) is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing strategic program and project management excellence across ChartSpan Medical Technologies - ensuring the successful “end-to-end” delivery of projects and programs for ChartSpan and our clients.

Essential Functions
  • Development of care delivery workflows and value drivers while driving compliance with ChartSpan’s process.

  • Responsible for change management planning and execution as required;

  • Manage project execution to ensure adherence to timeline, budget, milestones and deliverables.

  • Convey key findings to help refine processes and communications.

  • Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.

  • Organizational key performance tracking with objectives and key results

  • Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

  • Establishes PMO best practices throughout the organization

  • Initiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans.

  • Schedule and facilitate meetings related to projects.

  • Direct or coordinate activities of project personnel.

  • Develop implementation plans that include analyses such as cost-benefit or return on investment (ROI).

  • Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies.

  • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

  • Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs.

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management and/or implementation consultant experience

  • Bachelor's degree, Masters degree preferred

  • Executive experience within operational and project management, preferably in healthcare operations

  • Proven success with complex projects

  • Ideal candidate will possess PMP certification

  • Ideal candidate will possess Six Sigma certification, Black Belt preferred

  • Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodology a plus

  • Occasional travel required - up to 30%
