Regional Sales Director - Health IT Software
Ensocare is seeking individuals who want to grow a company in a fast-paced environment utilizing their healthcare experience to transform patient outcomes. 

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for driving sales growth of healthcare IT solutions by calling on and understanding customers within the healthcare market including hospitals and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). The RSD will be expected to provide a consultative approach and articulate Ensocare’s value proposition based on healthcare sales experience.  Additional activities include learning and staying informed on the complex and comprehensive Healthcare IT industry; following a comprehensive sales process; establishing, updating and managing pipeline information for target account list; driving and servicing client relationships; managing time and resources effectively; representing Ensocare within the industry and territory; and contributing to sales planning and forecasting activities.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive territory plan; build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Drive Ensocare sales process in the field for engaged/converted opportunities developed for the assigned sales territory including conducting walkthroughs, sales presentations, product demonstrations, proposal development, contract development, closing activities. 
  • Develop leads directed through lead generation channels into engaged sales opportunities.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of case management workflow, including discharge planning and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain rich healthcare industry business acumen.
  • Demo Ensocare solutions, and communicate their associated benefits to executives, managers, IT and departmental personnel.
  • Access and communicate with hospital executives, case management directors, case managers and social workers.
  • Effectively interact with channel partner sales resources to help drive channel sales opportunities where appropriate. 
  • Achieve/exceed a yearly quota

  • Strong leadership, communication, and specifically, presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity working with business partners
  • Ability to effectively listen to and communicate with healthcare executives, clinical leaders and SMEs, and information technology personnel
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple internal resources to meet client needs during the sales process.
  • Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree; at least three to five years of outside sales experience in healthcare field preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding plan in health-care software sales
  • Experience selling to all levels of IDNs and hospitals, including executives, department heads and case managers
