Megan currently provides leadership to the BJC ACO Care Management team and has oversight for quality, risk-adjustment, value-based care contracts and the BJC Medical Group Post-Acute Care Department. Additionally, Megan is leading efforts to expand ambulatory care management overall and to identify potential areas of opportunity for quality improvement across the BJC Medical Group.

Blake Marggraff is CEO and co-founder of CareSignal, a deviceless remote patient monitoring platform that reduces hospitalizations and improves care for patients with chronic conditions. CareSignal partners with health plans, self-funded employers, health systems, and physician groups across the US. Blakepreviously grew nationally recognized technology company Betabox Labs to cash flow positive while attending Washington University in St. Louis. Blake is the Intel ISEF winner of 2011, St. Louis 30 Under 30, and HIMSS19 Champions of Health for evidence in digital health.
