Evidence-basedheart failure interventions are featured in an online toolkit to supplement research studies available to members of Advisory Board Company.
 
Los Angeles, February 17, 2015 – In supportof its recent study, “Imperatives for Managing Heart Failure in the Acute Care Setting,” The Advisory Board Company has launched an online Heart Failure Toolkit featuring a unique Heart Failure Vital Intervention Checklist from Zynx

The Heart Failure Toolkit and Vital InterventionChecklist are expected to achieve the following goals:
