SaltLake City – January 18, 2017 Health Catalyst, a leader in healthcaredata warehousing, analytics and outcomes improvement, has been named one of the 30 BestWorkplaces in Technology by Fortunemagazine and Great Place to Work®.  HealthCatalyst ranked No. 9 on the annual list amongcompanies with fewer than 1,000 employees, and is the only healthcare technology company to make the 2017 list.
Health Catalyst’s ranking is based on anonymoussurvey feedback from its employees and more than 42,000 employees at Great Place to Work–Certified™ organizations across the U.S. technology industry. Survey questions focused on how frequently respondents experience the behaviors that create a great workplace, including the transparency of communication, degree of collaboration, quality of benefits programs, opportunity for professional development, and support for work-life balance.

Accordingto Great Place at Work, 97 percent of Health Catalyst team members say their workplace is “great.” Other findings highlighted by the survey include:
  • 98%of team members say Health Catalyst management is “honest and ethical in its business practices”

  • 98%believe management would lay people off only as a last resort

  • 97%say they are encouraged to balance their work life and their personal life
