As the Program Manager, you will manage product development projects, process improvement initiatives and client/partner implementations in order to reach successful business outcomes on time, within budget and within scope.  You will have a direct impact on the business as part of our fast-paced, high-growth company.   
Position Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects through full project life cycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling and closure.

  • Plan, forecast and manage high level business case analysis, scope management, timeline recommendations and benefits realization.

  • Coordinate and support organizational prioritization and resource allocation across projects.

  • Maintain detailed project documentation as needed including action items, issues lists and risk mitigation plans utilizing the appropriate tools, such as JIRA and MS Project.

  • Provide leadership and effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders, including executive summaries and presentations.

  • Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify and secure resources, resolve issues and mitigate risks.

  • Lead cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company objectives.

  • Track project resource time logs to ensure financials are accurate for any given project.

  • Establish and maintain positive external client and team member relationships.

  • Identify opportunities and develop strategies for process improvements.

  • Understand customer and internal KPIs for any project and work with internal teams to ensure we are consistently meeting and are measuring KPIs.

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare financial management, information management, or related field.

  • 5+ years in Program/Project Management experience with focus in Operations or Technology

  • 3+ years in the healthcare industry in business or IT.  

  • Strong analytical, planning, problem identification and resolution skills required

  • The ability to concurrently prioritize critical tasks and maintain a high degree of accuracy amid competing deadlines.

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator with strong relationship and team building skills with internal and external co-workers in various functional areas and at all levels of the organization 

  • Ability to adapt and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment.

  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience with software or SaaS products

  • Deep experience with and knowledge of SDLC, Agile and CI/CD delivery models

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail

  • Proven experience working in a multi-client facing environment

  • Works well both independently and in a team environment with minimal direction

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and comfortable communicating to persons with varying degrees of seniority, both internally and customer-facing audiences

  • Experience with early stage growth companies and/or high-tech industry will be favored

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4-year degree in a related field

  • PMP certification is a plus
