Job Description

Littleton, MA - The Product Manager is a key leadership position with responsibility for developing product strategies that drive new customer acquisition, improve customer satisfaction, and support achievement of company business objectives.  This senior level position will have responsibility for the MedPresence™, medical virtual presence, solution and will report to the Global Systems Integration Product Management leader.

Job Duties:
  • Lead the definition, development, and commercialization of new products and services that solve critical business and clinical problems for systems integration customers.  Work with regional markets to ensure these solutions are commercially successful through appropriate pricing, targeting, and product feature set.  Support regional markets with effective training, globally relevant messaging, and other sales tools.  Regularly engage with customers and supports key sales meetings.
  • Accurately and effectively represent the needs of the market and voice of the customer in all phases of product conception and development. Develop unique value proposition of assigned products.  Ensure sales understands and can effectively leverage for competitive advantage. 
  • Serve as technical and product expert for sales, customer and thought leader activities; support tradeshows and RFP responses. 
  • Use detailed market, technology, and competitive input to develop product/market requirements and user stories for all aspects of the product including warranty, service, and support.
  • Provide input to product roadmap and maintain product backlogs. 
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the strategic analysis of new business, partner, and product opportunities. 
  • Deeply understand the competitive landscape, provides product functionality and positioning information for marketing materials; review collateral and technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Participate in the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process for assigned product(s).
  • Manage beta, pilot, customer advisory, and user community programs.
  • Regular travel to customer sites, speaking engagements, tradeshow events, worldwide.
  • Perform all other essential duties as required
